End of life care and planning seminars helping people living with a life limiting condition who are being cared for by South Bucks Hospice plan for the future. Seminars are designed to help people explore their future from a spiritual, medical, relational, financial, legal and practical point of view. The next seminar is on 25th September 2024, 1 - 3pm.
