What  Network and Community Interest Company (CIC) building a network of friendly, supportive communities in 'cafes' across the Hoo Peninsular of people living with Parkinson's and other neurological conditions. Each 'cafe' varies in activities and venue from a vicarage to a public house, but they all offer a sense of community and support, and a opportunity to meet others living with similar experiences. 

Note: cafes are currently offering reduced and virtual services due to coronavirus restrictions.

Exercise Classes - ThriveFit

What   Cancer rehabilitation for people living with cancer and recovering from treatment. The classes are offered online through Zoom and take place Tuesday and Fridays at 10.30am and Saturday at 11am.
