What    The Macmillan Information and Support Centre offers free and confidential information and support in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Whether you have questions about prevention, have just been diagnosed or are living with and beyond cancer the service is there to help. Services include: counselling, benefits advice, self-help and support, practical support and courses and workshops. You will be greeted either by the Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Manager or a trained volunteer.

Free Gifts to Adult Cancer Patients

What   The Lewis Foundation visits hospitals every week with gifts for people to pick what they would like during treatment free of charge. The gifts are available to all adult cancer patients receiving treatment in hospital.The aim is to keep people occupied during treatment, take their mind off thinking about cancer and give people something nice to look forward to. The gift packs include things such as puzzle books, radios and model craft kits and more.
