Macmillan Cancer Support Information Hub at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital

What    The Macmillan Cancer Support Information Hub offers anyone affected by cancer access to an extensive range of information and support resources. Help includes advice on the practical aspects of living with cancer from finance and benefits support to travel insurance. The Hub can also help with information on health promotion and wellbeing and emotional support services for people affected by cancer, as well as advice on the prevention and detection of cancer.

The Rosemary Foundation - Hospice at Home

Facing Cancer Together- Women's Support Group

What    Facing Cancer Together a friendly, welcoming women’s support group in Heathfield set up by a cancer sufferer and survivor. The group meets for informal chats over cake and coffee/tea to discuss anything and everything, cancer related or not. The group primarily functions so that no one faces their diagnosis alone. What    Cornerstone Therapies is run by Pauline Koelling, a Physiotherapist, specialising in looking after and rehabilitating people who have undergone surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy for cancer. Yeleni Complementary Health Centre

What   Yeleni Therapy and Support is a health centre and charity offering a tailor made programme of complementary therapy treatments to people living with cancer.   Yeleni offers a free personalised programme of nine sessions from a selection of therapies - including massage, hypnotherapy, acupuncture, aromatherapy. Once you have used your nine free therapy sessions, you can have further treatments in the health centre at a reduced rate.

The Macmillan Cancer Information and Support Centre

What    The Macmillan Cancer Information and support centre offer anyone affected by cancer access to an extensive range of information and support resources. The Centre is staffed by a Macmillan cancer information specialist nurse, supported by an administrator and volunteers. There is access to a Macmillan benefits advice service for anyone affected by cancer via an appointment. The centre also have access to national and local support groups other services offered is counselling service through Weston Hospital.
