The Centre is staffed by a Macmillan cancer information specialist nurse, supported by an administrator and volunteers. There is access to a Macmillan benefits advice service for anyone affected by cancer via an appointment. The centre also have access to national and local support groups other services offered is counselling service through Weston Hospital.

CALM provides support to families to cope with physical, emotional and often financial strain. They organise social events for befriending, and provide grants to families to help with expenses.

What SPRING is an exercise and information group developed to help men and women going through cancer treatment to improve their physical fitness and confidence. The group is aimed at helping patients adopt an active lifestyle to maximise the health benefits that can be achieved during and after cancer treatment.
