Hospice offering palliative and end of life care for people living with life-limiting conditions. It supports people in their homes, and other places of care, as well as at the hospice, in its day support service, or as an inpatient. Its services include pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapies and spiritual care. It also gives counselling and bereavement support to loved ones.
