Hospice offering specialist palliative and end of life care for people living with life-limiting conditions. It supports people in their homes, and other places of care, as well as at the hospice as an inpatient or through its day service. Its services include pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy and spiritual care. It also gives counselling and bereavement support. Referrals to the service are made by a health or social care professional. Due to covid restrictions, some services are being run online/by phone.
