Independent regulator of health and adult social care in England helping people to make informed decisions about their choice of care. It inspects care services such as organisations that provide care in the home, gives them ratings and publishes reports about them – information which can be used when a person is choosing care. It encourages people to give them feedback if they are not satisfied with the quality of care that they have received. Please see the website.
