Chichester council wellbeing service offering free information, support, advice and signposting to help people lead healthier lifestyles. Services are via phone or online and include help with stopping smoking, cutting down on alcohol consumption, learning new skills such as cookery and getting healthier physically through making better choices about food and exercise. It does not give healthcare or social care support or advice but links to NHS local services. Professionals can refer their patients/clients to the service by using a secure referral form on the website.
