Hospice offering specialist palliative and end of life care for people living with life-limiting conditions. It supports people in their homes and at the hospice, in its integrative care clinic (for day services) or as an inpatient. Its services include pain/symptom management, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapy and spiritual care. It also gives bereavement support.
