Self-management programme in partnership with Macmillan for people living with Cancer by offering 6 session online course covering a range of activities to help people to manage their health and wellbeing in their working and personal lives. The courses are based on positive psychology, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy. The core activities, which are supplemented with tailored content are: goal setting, fatigue management, physical activity, health eating, gratitude diaries and more.
