Support cafe providing pastoral care, social and peer support to anyone living with a life-limiting condition. It is run for the person living with a life-limiting condition and their carer and offers an opportunity to talk and share experiences and take part in planned activities such as relaxation, exercise, arts and crafts or guest speakers.
