What

NHS service providing emotional wellbeing and mental health advice and support for young people, their carers and loved ones. It advises and supports on issues including stress, low mood/depression, anxiety, self-harm or difficult to manage behaviours. The service provides talking therapy, family therapy, psychotherapy and medication, if this is appropriate. Support is offered face-to-face in groups or on a one-to-one basis. It also has a 24 hour free helpline on 0800 011 3474. Due to covid restrictions, support may be offered over the phone/via video call.
