What
NHS service providing emotional wellbeing and mental health advice and support for young people, their carers and loved ones. It advises and supports on issues including stress, low mood/depression, anxiety, self-harm or difficult to manage behaviours. The service provides talking therapy, family therapy, psychotherapy and medication if this is appropriate. Support is offered face-to-face in groups or on a one-to-one basis and may be offered over the phone or via video call. It also has a free 24-hour helpline on 0800 011 3474.
