Helpline offering urgent mental health support, advice and guidance to adults living in Kent and Medway - the helpline is free, available 24 hours and on 0800 783 9111. Callers do not have to be a registered patient with Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT). Adults who are feeling stressed can also call 0800 107 0160 to speak with someone from the Release the Pressure team. Round-the-clock support is also available by texting "Kent" to 85258 - this will get people 24 hour mental health crisis support from trained volunteers.
