What
NHS team offering a cancer specific 12-week structured exercise programme. They provide ongoing support for 12 months, led by specialist instructors. The programmes are tailored to individuals, for all abilities, and designed to help people move more during and after treatment.
Where
North Central London. Due to COVID-19 sessions are carried out virtually, either one to one or as a group. The option of face to face or telephone (if people cannot access the sessions virtually) is also offered. See website for more details

People aged 18+ who have had a cancer diagnosis in the last five years and live in or have access to healthcare in Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey or Islington
