NHS - Support and benefits for carers

NHS website telling people what support and benefits are available for those caring for people living with cancer. It helps people decide if they count as being a carer. It explains what is meant by a carer's assessment, what it involves and how a carer can apply for one. It describes what is meant by "carers' breaks" and "respite care" and how to apply for these. It also explains what financial help may be available to help people with the costs of caring, support from local councils, respite care and help for young carers.
