Palliative Enablement Support Programme – Living as well as you can for as long as you can
A six week programme designed to support those who are living with a life-limiting illness such as COPD, heart failure or cancer, where no further treatment is available or desired. The programme includes a range of tailored exercise sessions, relaxation techniques, occupational therapy, benefits advice, mindful eating advice and help with regulating emotions.

People who are living with a life-limiting illness. You can refer via GP, including hospital GP, cancer nurse specialist or other health professional involved in your care. It is also possible to take part on a self-referral basis so if you or a loved one have been diagnosed or is receiving treatment for either cancer or another long term illness
