Charity dragon boating club for women and men living with breast cancer offering a place to meet others and share support, as well as train, race and build up strength. Dragon boat racing is an energetic sport that builds upper body strength and research has shown that it can improve lymphodema associated with breast cancer. Aside from the physical benefits dragon boat racing is a fun way to rebuild confidence and get life back on track after cancer.
