Rail company helping people get around by train. It has a wide range of information on its website regarding assisted travel (when a passenger needs help, for example, with getting around a station or if they need a ramp to get on the train). Help can be booked in advance or asked for at any point on people's journey. Its free helpline for information and to book assisted travel is on 0800 52 82 100. There is a Disabled Persons Railcard which can also get a friend, helper or companion cheaper rail travel.
