Tower Hamlets Walking Programme
Local health walk scheme, that holds weekly walking groups across the borough. The walks typically last about 60 to 90 minutes. Weekly walks can be a good way to get regular exercise, meet new people and explore the borough. All levels of walking ability are welcome. More information can be found on the website.
Anyone interested in walking as part of a group. It is advised to contact the relevant walk leader in advance, to find out more about the group and to check meet up details. New walkers are required to complete a short one page registration form when they join their first walk.
