Walking group led by friendly, specially trained volunteers who are on hand to provide encouragement and support, for anyone living with a health condition such as cancer, heart disease, diabetes, asthma and dementia including their loved ones and carers. Walking is a low impact exercise that has many health benefits such as preventing illness and helps encourage a healthy mind and body. For more information please visit the website.
