Charity providing free fitness recovery classes for people living with cancer. Classes are available online through Zoom, all levels of fitness are welcome and the exercises are tailored to every stage of treatment of recovery. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments. See website for more information.
