What   The hospital provides a range of specialist health services, including Cancer services for Merseyside, Cheshire and beyond. They are also a centre for clinical research. The Hospitals have two drop in centres for Macmillian cancer support and information services, and a psychology service for cancer. What  Lune Valley Physiotherapy is an independent service with 30 years experience working predominantly with people who have or have had cancer. Much of their specialist work is with scarring and tightness after surgery and/or radiotherapy including myofascial release. Patients can access the service anytime from diagnosis and pre treatment, through treatment and recovery, and it can also help during palliative care. Treatment is often a combination of hands on work, movement, exercise, balance and advice, and can help

What   The Macmillan 1-1 support service provides individualised, holistic support and promotion of self-management techniques to help improve the health and well-being of all adults affected by cancer. This includes family and friends of those who have been diagnosed.

What   Someone Like me is a one-to-one peer support service that pairs a patient, friend or family member with a trained volunteer with similar experience. People are carefully matched for a variety of factors, including their treatments, personal circumstances, priorities and concerns. What  Cambridge Cancer Help Centres offers emotional, practical and social support to all those affected by cancer including family, friends and carers, including bereavement support, carer support, courses for managing stress, help for families and carers, gardening groups, support for young people, and fitness classes. What  The Sir Robert Ogden Macmillan Centre (SROMC)  provide fully integrated chemotherapy and supportive care treatments for a range of adult cancers. New and follow-up oncology outpatient clinics are held at the centre, as well as haematology outpatient and day-case services. It offers a range of multi-disciplinary advisory, practical and self-management support services for both hospital and community patients and carers who have been affected by a cancer diagnosis.

What   The Foxy Ladies is a group offering support to women who have or who are suffering from breast cancer in the Cornwall area. The group welcomes all new members at any point in their breast cancer journey.

Where   St Cecilia's Lounge, St Michael's Hospital. Meetings are held on the last Friday of each month from 7pm to 9:30pm. 

What  Fight Bladder Cancer is a UK-based bladder cancer charity founded and run by bladder cancer survivors and their families.  The charity supports everyone affected by bladder cancer, raises awareness, supports medical research, and campaigns to improve policy. They offer online information and advice, an online forum, a Bladder Buddy service, and support groups.  Their aim is to achieve better outcomes and quality of life for all those affected by bladder cancer.
