What  The Macmillan Information and Support Centre offers free and confidential information and support in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Whether you have questions about prevention, have just been diagnosed, or are living with and beyond cancer the service is there to help. Services include: counselling, benefits advice, self-help and support, practical support and courses and workshops. Open Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm. Please contact the service for further details.

What   GenesisCare Milton Keynes is a private Comprehensive Treatment Centre is a private healthcare provider offering access to a range of outpatient clinics and outpatient services. The centre provides treatments for both cancer and non-cancerous conditions, using the very latest techniques and technologies in external beam radiotherapy including intensity modulated (IMRT), image guided (IGRT) and breath-hold (DIBH) radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

What   Sebastian's Action trust offers respite holidays to very sick children and their families. The organisation gives emotional, social and practical support through an outreach service to families of children battling with life-limiting illnesses. They also provide assistance at critical times to those affected by the stresses of hospital life and their child’s treatment.

What   Hope House is a Hospice for children with life limiting illnesses. There is a range of support offered the patients and also for families. Counselling is offered to families who use Hope House which available free of charge and is open to parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters. Family members can be seen individually, as couples or whole families.

What  Regular support meetings and events where you can meet others with similar experiences and learn from each other.  The group's members have experienced a variety of cancer types, but many of the feelings, concerns and treatments are common to all.  Meetings often feature a speaker who can provide useful information on a variety of topics, such as diet and nutrition, exercise, complementary therapies, etc. and there is help with signposting to other useful services.

What   Whiteleys Retreat provides free short therapeutic holidays for youth with cancer and their families to enjoy and explore, both on the doorstep and in the surrounding area.
