The centre can offer someone to talk to, face to face in confidence, in a comfortable environment. There is also access to a more private quiet room if needed. The service can signpost and refer to other services; eg Clinical Nurse Specialists, Genetics, Macmillan Benefits Advisors, Boots No7 consultants, local Voluntary Organisations etc.

What Child Bereavement UK supports families and educates professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement. In the UK, when a baby or child dies, or a child is bereaved, many of those affected are unable to access good quality support which meets their individual needs. Child Bereavement UK believes all families should have the support they need to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies, and their aim is to make sure they do.
What Coping with Cancer provides emotional, practical and social support to all those affected by cancer.
