What C'Fit is designed as a gentle exercise programme to help cancer patients become more active. Hour-long classes are held once a week on Wednesdays at 11:15am and are supervised by a qualified Level 4 Cancer Rehab Exercise Instructor. The programme aims to help people with a cancer diagnosis regain mobility after surgery, help with weight loss, increase core strength and muscle mass, and improve abilty to perform everyday tasks.

What The Gynae Cancer Support Group is a support group for women who have undergone or who are receiving treatment for any type of gynaecological cancer - including ovarian, cervical, endometrial, peritoneal and vulval. The aim of the group is to help and connect those affected by a gynaecological cancer and offer emotional support, provide information, arrange speakers and organise social events.
