What  C'Fit is designed as a gentle exercise programme to help cancer patients become more active. Hour-long classes are held once a week on Wednesdays at 11:15am and are supervised by a qualified Level 4 Cancer Rehab Exercise Instructor.  The programme aims to help people with a cancer diagnosis regain mobility after surgery, help with weight loss, increase core strength and muscle mass, and improve abilty to perform everyday tasks.

What   Children's Hospices Across Scotland (CHAS) offers full family services to youths with life-limiting conditons as well as their families. CHAS provides professional medical care, family support and emotional support.

What  The Macmillan Support and Information Service is an NHS service available to anyone affected by cancer or a haematological condition, including patients, family, carers and friends, at any stage of their care. The service offers emotional support, practical advice, and a welfare and benefits advice drop-in service. What   Karin Sieger is a London-based BACP registered and accredited psychotherapist and writer, with NHS experience. She specialises in support with the emotional impact of cancer and has been diagnosed with breast cancer herself twice. Karin offers therapy face to face, online or by email, and one off consultations. Her motivational writing and videos on cancer and other topics can be accessed via KarinSieger.com. 

What   The Gynae Cancer Support Group is a support group for women who have undergone or who are receiving treatment for any type of gynaecological cancer - including ovarian, cervical, endometrial, peritoneal and vulval.  The aim of the group is to help and connect those affected by a gynaecological cancer and offer emotional support, provide information, arrange speakers and organise social events.  Please contact the service for further details.
