Prostate Cancer Support Association - Kent

What   Support group providing an opportunity to meet and talk with men and their partners who are affected by prostate cancer. Meetings often include a speaker, usually a health professional, who will talk on a related topic. The group also organises social events for members, family and friends. Meetings in Canterbury are held on the last Wednesday of the month (apart from December) from 10.15 - 12.30. There are occasional meetings in other locations. See the website for details.

Blackthorn Trust - Wellbeing Centre

What   Wellbeing centre offering specialist therapies and rehabilitation for people living with diabetes, chronic pain or mental illness. Facilities include the Blackthorn Medical Centre, a large biodynamic garden, a vegetarian café and kitchen, craft studios and therapy rooms. Women's Moving Forward Course

What   Six week course for women who have recently completed cancer treatment. Weekly sessions are comprised of a gentle walk around the farm, a simple creative activity and time to chat with people who have a shared experience, over refreshments.
