Charity providing mental health support to anyone aged 18 and over. It offers information and emotional support for people in crisis or heading towards one, including access to one-to-one emotional support from professionals and signposting to other services and organisations. Support is available between 6pm and 11pm every day. It can be provided face to face, over the phone, by email or video consultation. See website for more information.
