What   Cancer rehabilitation for people living with cancer and recovering from treatment. The classes are offered online through Zoom and take place Tuesday and Fridays at 10.30am and Saturday at 11am. All levels of fitness are welcome and the exercises are tailored to every stage of treatment of recovery. More information can be found on the website.

Where   Surrey. Currently casses are offered online through Zoom. After Covid it will return to a mix of Zoom and gym sessions at Turnfit Studios, Guildford

Who   Anyone living with cancer - either a recent diagnosis, starting or progressing through treatment, or recovering and trying to regain fitness.
