Charity providing pastoral care, social and peer support to anyone living with a life-limiting condition. The drop in support cafes are run for the person living with a life-limiting condition and their families and carers and offer an opportunity to talk and share experiences and take part in planned activities such as relaxation, exercise, arts and crafts or guest speakers. Refreshments and complementary therapies are available free of charge.
