Neighbourhood hub for people living with palliative or advanced progressive conditions. Run by the Cornwall Hospice charity, it offers advice, information and practical and emotional support. The hub helps people stay as independent as possible, and live as well as possible, through workshops/group activities, physiotherapy and occupational therapy and one to one support.
