Free weekly groups providing support to people living in Surrey Heath from minority ethnic backgrounds. It offers the chance to meet others, learn new skills and feel more confident in supporting their loved ones practically, emotionally and economically. Also offers Yoga/Zumba - consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some therapies, changes in diet, and exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments. Groups meet weekly - women's groups in Redhill, Camberley and Woking, and a men's group in Frimley. Phone or email for more information.
