Paid exercise referral programme for people living with or beyond cancer of all ages and fitness levels. It offers group sessions over twelve weeks on Tuesdays, 4.30pm to 5.15pm and Thursdays, 1.45pm to 2.30pm. Get referred by your consultant, clinical nurse specialist or GP.
