Prehabilitation service for people living with cancer awaiting cancer surgery or cancer treatment. This is a community-based programme offering support and advice on nutrition, wellbeing and delivery of physical activity sessions which are tailored to your needs and preferences. Referrals are made directly from the cancer teams at Wirral University Hospital Trust or you can refer yourself.
