Community-based support group for anyone affected by cancer. Meet ups are paused at this location, please see the Flint Castle 5K Your Way site for an alternative location. Meeting on the last Saturday of every month, the meet ups encourage people of all ages and abilities to walk, jog or run all or part of the 5k route, and socialise afterwards.
