What

Prehabilitation and rehabilitation programme for adults who are preparing or currently going through treatment, and also those who have recently finished treatment. This is delivered via two sessions each week on Mondays - a prehab session, and a rehab one. Sessions include tailored exercise to help you build strength and resilience, and the chance to meet others with shared experiences. A Macmillan nurse will attend to provide advice and information.
