Physical activity programme for people living with and beyond cancer in Lincolnshire. Meet others with shared experiences and take part in low impact group fitness sessions, led by cancer rehabilitation coaches. Held usually on Mondays, 12.30pm to 2pm. The first ten sessions are free, then £4 per session after that. See website for more information including referral form - referrals are made through the Lincoln City Foundation.
