Cancer Support Day for anyone affected by cancer, which focuses on the mind and emotions. The day usually runs from 9:45am to 4:15pm and is an opportunity to learn a range of strategies and tools to help you cope with the impact of cancer on general wellbeing, related to diet, the nervous system, physical activity, and more.
