Two night retreat programme for those living with an advanced cancer diagnosis. It is an opportunity to meet with others with similar situations, share experiences, explore lifestyle changes and learn self-care tools. Each day includes relaxation techniques, restorative movement and other uplifting activities. All meals and snacks are provided. See website for more information.
