Two night retreat programme for those living with an advanced cancer diagnosis. It is an opportunity to meet with others with similar situations, share experiences, explore lifestyle changes and learn self-care tools to help support your health and wellbeing with cancer. Each day includes relaxation techniques, restorative movement and other uplifting activities. All meals and snacks are provided. See website for more information.

People living with an advanced cancer diagnosis. There is a suggested donation of £185 for one person, or £250 if you are bringing someone with you. To book fill in the registration form on the website
