Connex Readycall – Connex Community Support

What

Charity supporting people living with cancer in Derbyshire Dales, by providing non-clinical emotional, wellbeing, and practical support. Services include befriending, companionship and subsidised transport to medical appointments. Support is available in people's homes and within the local community. The charity also runs monthly cancer support groups in Ashbourne and Darley Dale, individual/group support, information sessions, and wellbeing activities. Contact for more information.
