Free cold water swimming group for people living with and beyond cancer. Meet others with shared experiences and develop your confidence, knowledge, and skills in sea swimming. The next course starts April 23rd for an eight week period, at 9.30am and also 10.30am. Contact The Cove Macmillan centre for more information and to register to attend.
