What

A 26-week programme for inactive adults who would like to begin a regular exercise routine. It aims to provide support to work towards long term activity/exercise and to better manage a long-term health condition. The exercise programme and activities are tailored to suit each individual's needs. This is via a reduced priced membership for up to 6 months. Contact for more information.

Where

Offered at five leisure centres run by Bolton Community Leisure Trust - Farnworth Leisure Centre, Westhoughton Leisure Centre, Horwich Leisure Centre, the Sir Jason Kenny Centre, and Leverhulme Park Community Leisure Centre

Who

People over 18 who are inactive or sedentary and managing a controlled medical condition or disability. The scheme is by referral only and restricted to specific partners. Speak to your GP, or Health Professional, to see if you are eligible
