Stockport Support Hub- supporting the community

What

Support hub providing advice and support for adults and families in stockport, to live independently and well. It provides access to a range of services including support for unpaid carers, community support, practical home support, transport assistance, and access to a dedicated key worker. Weekly sessions for the deaf community also accessible via the Hub, taking place in person every Wednesday and are supported by a BSL interpreter. See website for more information.
