What

Programme of gentle exercise classes open to anyone including those living with cancer. The classes include seated yoga, Strength and Balance, active sit, Strength and Move and active aqua. Classes are music-driven and fun. Each class costs £5.50 (50% off the full price of Edinburgh Leisure classes). Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments. Please see website or contact for more information.
