Free dance classes for people living with and beyond cancer. Funded by Lingen Davies Cancer Support, I Can Dance classes aim to be fun, friendly and uplifting and suitable for complete beginners. The Shrewsbury class is held on Thursdays, 11am to 12pm. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
