Green Pilates Movement Studio

What

Movement studio offering group matwork pilates, group reformer, one-to-one full pilates apparatus, chair based exercise, yoga, line dancing, dancefit and chiball. Services are for anyone wanting to improve their physical health including those living with cancer. Staff are trained in Level 4 Cancer Rehabilitation exercise. It is advised to have a one- to-one session before using pilates equipment, or book for a chat if doing classes. See website for more information.
