What

Wellbeing service for people who want to lead healthier lifestyles. Services are in person, by phone or online and include help to stop smoking, cut down on alcohol consumption, learn new skills and make better choices about food and exercise. It does not give healthcare or social care support or advice but links to NHS local services. You can self-refer for all of their services; a professional referral is not required.
