Shine Cancer Support - Young Adult Cancer Support

What

All day event on the 28th of February 2026 for young people living with and beyond cancer. There is the chance to talk on a range of topics and share experiences with others who understand. Sessions start with coffee and a chat, then there is a chance to discuss emotions though diagnosis and treatment, finishing with a session on how to manage anxiety and stress. Starting at 10am and ending at 4:30pm, lunch and snacks are included. For more information please visit the website.
