Kirklees Active Leisure offer two cancer exercise programmes at Huddersfield Leisure Centre - 'Live Well Cancer' is a 16-week exercise programme for adults which includes 1:1 gym support and a weekly class-based session - health professional referral is need to access this. 'Next Steps' is a weekly low-intensity circuit class for those 16 plus with a mixture of cardiovascular, resistance and stability exercises. Contact for more information.
